When I try to modify widgets in my Right Sidebar, I’m now directed to use the ‘Manage in Customiser’ layout. As soon as I try to make changes there, I get the error message “Error establishing a database connection”. The preview of my site is replaced by the error message. The preview won’t update as changes are made. The Save Button appears as ‘SAVED’ & is non-responsive. The Widget where I’ve initiated changes just shows the spinning ball. I haven’t lost internet connection.
I’m not experiencing any problems anywhere else. Site not live yet. Basic knowledge here. Latest WordPress version. Make (Free) updated.
Ideas on how I can fix this? Could a Plugin be causing this?
    Thanks in advance.

Resolved, I think. Plugin conflict. (More than one). QR widgets not working with updates. Finally found one that worked! ‘QR Code’ by Tomek. I’m back to being Make-Happy ??
