Welsh Language option

Hi, I have the latest version of WordPress and Contact form 7 running on my site. I am using the Polylang Plugin to generate the site in Welsh and English.

I need to translate the forms in to Welsh too and to do this I need to create a new form in the language I need. However, when I go to Contact > Add new. Welsh/Cymraeg is not in the dropdown.

How can this be added?
