Text file export

  • Hi,

    I’m using your plugin for order exports (which is really great) and everything was fine until we transfer our domain to another server. After that, when I click Export Orders I only get text file in same browser window instead of downloaded csv.
    Have you encountered this issue before? Is there any way to fix it?
    I updated your plugins to lates version, my WC is 2.4.5, WP 4.4., PHP 5.4.45

    I would be greatfull if you could help.

  • Hi,

    1. Please deactivate all other plugins except woocommerce, WooCommerce Simply Order Export and WooCommerce Simply Order Export add-on

    2. Switch to default wordpress theme (Twenty Fifteen)

    Check if similar issue persists or not?
