Datatables "Buttons" and "Column Filter Widgets" extensions not compatible

It appears that the extensions are currently mutually exclusive, including the buttons causes the column dropdowns to not appear. Here is the shortcode I am using:
[table id=2 datatables_buttons=”colvis,copy,csv,excel” datatables_columnfilterwidgets=true /]
