TwentyFourteen Homepage Grid Works, Slider Doesn't, Not sure why?

  • For the life of me I can’t figure out how to get the slider working on my site.

    When I go into theme–>customize and select grid, the appropriate posts show up in grid format, but when I select slider, nothing shows.

    Here are some screenshots of what i’m talking about

    I’ve read every thread in the forum about slider issues and they are all fixes for when both the grid and slider don’t work. I’ve tried it all and i’m not sure what is going on…

    Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

    Do you have a link to your site you can post? It would be a lot easier to debug rather than looking at a screenshot.

    What other plugins do you have running on the site? Could you disable them all the try the carousel without them? It could possibly be one of those scripts interfering but without a link to the site I can’t check the console for any errors.
