Content not refreshing

Hi, I can’t work out why my content isn’t getting updated.

I recently edited the text on one of my pages but the changes aren’t appearing after updating. I’ve got the most recent version of the wp supercache plug-in (1.4.7), I’ve deleted the cache (and checked to ensure it worked, there are no listed files left), tested the plugin and that’s also fine. I’ve cleared my browser cache and also checked the page in a private window. No luck. As a last resort I checked in with my site host, and they’re only seeing the older version at their end.

It’s been like this a few weeks. Could you please suggest what else I could try?
