Add s2M Pro custom registration/profile fields to notification email

Hello,
I’m trying to add s2M Pro custom registration/profile fields to notification email sent to admin at time of new registration. We need the shipping addresses (which are captured during new registration as custom fields).
Have tried a couple of “Export User Profile” plugins but they miss those custom fields altogether or lump all custom fields together as one field.
Looks like the best export plugin so far is:

But that lumps all custom fields together in one cell.
What I’d really like is a way to include those customs fields in the Admin notification and not have to export anything.
