Set Default Citation Style and how to list all authors

Hello,

I have two questions:
1. I am trying to add another output style to Zotpress. I’ve clicked on the Add Style, and copy and pasted the name of the new style from the Zotero Style list, but when I click “Set default style”, i see a gear icon spinning and the style doesn’t get added. Do you have any suggestions?

2. Also, we would like all authors to show in our references, but most output styles abbreviate the author list when the number of authors are in excess of a certain number. I know we can modify the styles in Zotero, but Zotpress only recognizes the standard styles from the list. Is there a way to do this?
