Change background color of header on scroll

Love this theme as it’s very easy to use!
When I scroll down, the background color of the header area changes from the light color I set, to dark. It makes my logo disappear, because the logo text is dark.
There are 2 options on how to fix this and I’m hoping you can help me with at least one of them, if not both:
A) Have the background of the header that drops down on scroll remain light, and in which case the color of the menu text will have to change to a dark color, or
B) Have an option to swap out the logo with a light version on scroll.
