server cannot be found

i cannot login into wp_admin anymore, my website also cannot load. The page now comes up reporting- cannot find server. can someone tell me what is wrong and what I can do to resolve the matter please? though i have not blog on the site for couple of months. Now I am ready but can’t gain access. could this have been the cause?
