• Hi: I am a newbie so please bear with me :). I have created a SiteOrigin contact form. It is displayed on my Contact Us page. I would like to have a button on other pages for people to click on to fill out the contact us form without having to go to the Contact Us page. Example: I would like to have a Contact Us button on the sidebar on other pages for easy access.

Is there a way to do that or do I have to put the form on a page by itself and just have a button that directs them to that pages? I was hoping to just link to the one I have embedded, but I don’t see any way to do that. Any help would be appreciated.

    Hi blainewindowhardware

Unfortunately this isn’t currently possible with the SiteOrigin Contact Form widget. It might be possible with some other contact form plugins, but this particular widget is meant to be quite a light weight way to add a contact form to pages and sidebars.

Thanks Greg for getting back to me. I guess I can always leave the embedded form on the contact us page and then just create a separate page with a duplicate form to use for accessing it from the sidebar on other pages. This bundle is really nice, especially for newbies like me. Thanks!!!!!

    Hi there,

I have another question entirely about this form, maybe @GregPriday can help…

I’m using this form on my site, it looks great and has everything I want. However, when someone uses it, I get the message that they sent me six times. I’ve tried testing it myself – the message I get comes through six times (so I know it’s not an error on their part). I can seem to figure out where in the coding or what section of the page builder would address this.

    Can someone help? Thanks!

    Any word on this?

It certainly seems difficult to get answers on this site…I wish WordPress had better support!

Hi; I used to not install SMTP plugin;so should not have mail sent to.So the data to be saved on the form where?
