change a booking – multibooking events

    Hi Franky,

    with multibooking events it quite often happens that bookings have to be chanched from one week to another (also after they’ve already been confirmed).

    a) Is it possible to change the booked week in the backend?
    b) If yes, can you please explain the procedure for changing it?

    You can’t change the “booked week”, but you can just change the booking and move it to another event. Click on the booking ID for that.
    And to be complete: you’ll have to do that for each booking made in your multibooking form. The multibooking is just an easy way of making multiple bookings, so when the need arises to change a multibooking, you have to change each relevant booking manually.
    Maybe easier to do would be to change the event dates, it all depends on your needs.
