Not able to send custom post type post using automatic newsletter option

Now this is so much annoying after i set the automatic newletter on every day at 7:00 AM but its not sending any newsletter on scheduled time. Its just say ” Sent daily at 7:00 am. Next send out in (if there’s new content) “. Also the sending tab get count to 1 and not changing. Please help me out.
