no subcription

I ‘ve installed this plugin several time but this time i can’t made it work. Contact Form emails are sent but new user is not suscribed to the mailchimp list.
Api key and list name are correct.
There is no error log in the plugin folder.
There is no activity in the Historical API calls in mailchimp.I have no idea of the problem going on
can you help me?
