Can't create new quantity limits

Trying this plugin for the first time, and I’m unable to create new quantity limits. I’m using a single product field with quantity enabled (tried disabled as well), but after saving and seeing the confirmation message, the list quantity limits remains empty with the message, “You don’t have any Quantity Limits configured. Let’s go create one!”
