    Hi there
    Have tried searching every site possible and can’t get an answer. Have checked my settings in Woocommerce and Paypal IPN etc – over and over.
    Everytime I test the site it works perfectly, the transaction completes automatically, no problem.
    BUT…
    Every now and then, when a customer purchases a shipped product, the paypal email comes through but the site keeps the transaction as ‘PENDING’…
    I finally found ONE difference. The email from paypal has a sentence below the transaction details that the successful (website completes) transaction emails do not have: “Please keep this number for future reference, as your customer doesn’t have a PayPal Transaction ID for this payment.”
    Paypal doesn’t seem to have any explanation for what this is…
    Would you know anything? Its the only thing I can see that is different between transactions that complete and transactions that do not…
    In any case, I can’t get your plugin to consistently complete transactions and I have never done a test that failed. So there is something customers are doing that I am not aware of…
    Would really appreciate your experience and thoughts!

    I will look into this. As far as I remember that would happen when a user pays as a Guest user (without logging into PayPal). But I will try and replicate the problem.
