    Hello,

A very strange issue has cropped up. We have extended views; under our calendar settings, I have desktop view set to stream (default view is stream), and the mobile default view set to posterboard.

NOTE before I go on: If I’m logged into the website (i.e. WordPress login for our url), the problem I describe below does not appear. Therefore I don’t know exactly how long this has been happening, because I am usually logged into the site during my workday.

The issue: On desktops, in Firefox, Explorer/Edge and Chrome, the calendar page (url.com/calendar) is only displaying posterboard view (instead of defaulting to stream). In fact, it comes up in grid format, and then quickly regrids itself to a single row, as though it thinks these are mobile browsers on mobile phones. This has happened on a Win 7 computer and a Win 10 computer – in fact I have them both on the same desk side-by-side and I can duplicate the issue between them.

Has anyone else had a similar issue? I searched the forum and didn’t find quite the same thing. What can I do?

Thanks in advance for your help!

  • I did read that you have to go back in and re-save your settings with these extended views on their website. You might try that and check for the “changes saved” to display.

Tried this as well. No success. Have the same issue as OP. WordPress network site.
