Video Thumbnails not getting Vimeo Thumbnails

Hi –
We’re having a hard time getting the plugin to pull our Vimeo video thumbs. We’re trying to implement it with a custom field created with Types, but currently it’s not working regardless of where we put the vimeo URL. The video privacy settings are set up correctly and we’re getting the videos to play and generally be embedded, etc. When I run the debugging it passes the 3 Vimeo tests too.

Is there something I’m overlooking or a place/way I can troubleshoot this? Is it possible that I’d need to change the privacy settings to allow some other 3rd-party url?
