    Hello,

    What a great plugin, whe use this now for a few weeks, and everything works fine, until we found the the plugin is not sending mails in Google Chrome.
    In Exployer and Edge everything works good.

    When push the send button in Chrome, the succesfull message in browser, comes direct. But nog sending mails.

    In IE and Edge, sending takes longer and the message of succesfull sending takes a few seconds. And the mail is correctly sending.

    We have had any other reports of this, and I have been unable to reproduce it. Chrome seems to be working fine for me.

    Are you familiar with troubleshooting with Firebug? It would be great if you could do that and show us the raw result of what’s happening when you click the button to submit the offer. Also, I’m not sure I know what you mean by “the successful message in browser, comes direct”?? Can you provide a screenshot, or even better, a video of your experience?

    i have te some problem, after a lot of testing
    found it not to work on my pc running chrome if i run it in internet explorer it works.
    and on a other pc it works fine in chrome .

    @joachimk, are you familiar with Firebug? Can you see what it’s showing is going on when you click the button?

    In mozilla sending works good. I am not familiar with firebug

    Only in chrome, sending not working.

    In all browsers, chrome, mozila, IE and Edge i have a issue with the mail layout. It gives a double header in all mails related to this plugin

    @senatorman, I just submitted an offer on your site using Chrome without any problem, and I received the email notification to my inbox. Can you confirm that you received it?

    Ok, well that’s a separate issue then..?? I thought you were saying the offer wouldn’t submit at all in Chrome..??

    maybe there is a conflict with my browser, and need clean cookies etc.

    Stange to is the double header

    I do see the double header in the email that I got from the offer. We can look into that, but yeah, please see about clearing your browser cache/cookies and see if that particular problem goes away. Then we can move on to the next.

    Excuse. Clean my cache and cookies, and now it is sending.

    Little issue is still the double header in mail

    @joachimk, sounds like you may want to try the same thing with your Chrome browser.

    @senatorman, can you switch to a different theme temporarily to see if the same problem happens? I think your theme may be adding the additional header to emails that are sent. Or do you happen to have any other plugins that may be adjusting your email headers for you to brand them?

    ok i do serveral tests,

    An administrator can’t do make an offer (mails are not sending)
    That is the reason it was not sending mails.
    As registeren customer of unregistered visitor, it works fine.
    This is very logic, and stuppid from me.

    The double header is there always, even when i change the complete theme.

    In woocommerce\settings\mails i’ve have removed and re-copied the email template But stil double header.

    What if you just remove the template and let it use the default template? Copying your own template there would only come into play if you’re wanting to override the default template. I’m curious if the default alone is also doing the double header..??

    i remove the email template and do the test.

    Still the same layout, colors logo etc, and a double header

    That’s so weird. I cannot reproduce that and I have not had any other complaints about it.

    This thread has sort of taken a turn, and since we figured out the original issue I’m going to go ahead and mark this as resolved.

    Please submit a ticket here with details about the double header, and if you can include temporary login credentials for your admin panel that might help so we can take a quick peak.
