    Hi,

    you put Wise Chat into < pre >< code > tags. It’s the cause.

    Hmmm, I never touched the code, maybe it’s wordpress? I am having trouble finding the template that has this code would you be able to direct me please? Thanks!

    I think it is your theme doing this.

    Hi, it’s not the theme or plug-ins because I started over with a new install and have tested it. I have tried at least 10 different themes and still the same issue. Is there a theme you can suggest? If it’s not your plugin then the only thing I can think of is its the hosting.

    I noticed another user had the same question but was able to fix it. I looked through 30 templates with no luck so looking for a different chat solution. Thanks for your assistance though.

    Yes, I remember the others have the same issue. I personally never had such problems. Maybe because I always use simple editor to put [wise-chat] shortcode. Maybe this is the reason?
