GA stats dropped but Jetpack stats remains

    If you use a specific plugin to insert Google Analytics’ tracking code on your site, could you make sure the plugin is up to date? If it is, I’d recommend trying to deactivate all your other plugins, one at a time, to see if one of them conflicts with your Google Analytics plugin. I would suggest starting with caching and minifying plugins.

    If that doesn’t help, you’ll need to post in the Google Analytics plugin’s support forums for help.

    Hi Jeremy,

    Thank you for your reply. Nope. I did not use any plugin to insert Google Analytics code. I am running on Genesis template so basically I insert the code in the theme setting.

    In this case, I’d recommend getting in touch with Genesis support for help, after going through the steps I described above.
