Please note that the MyStyle Custom Product Designer plugin for WordPress / WooCommerce is not a Theme, it’s a plugin.
Instead of uploading it / installing it in your Themes section of your admin, you need to install it in the Plugins section of your wordpress admin.
You’ll need to get an active License (https://www.MyStylePlatform.com) if you haven’t already, and then save your Key and Secret that we’ll send you in the Settings section of your MyStyle Plugin.
Once the plugin is set up, use the Template ID for the product you want to enable for customization. If you don’t find this Template ID on our website, contact us and we’ll provide it or give further instructions on how to get a new template onboarded into our platform with a new template ID.
