Uninstall phpAdmin

After I installed php5.5.30 I get a pdpAdmin login window instead of my website doghouseprints.com

So I have to assume everybody else trying to access my website is getting this to. It’s so frustrating I’m about to lose it. ??

I don’t even know how to log into it…ugh. I’ve tried everything and get a #1045 – Access denied –

In phpAdmin in my cpanel I have made sure the “siteurl” and “home” are the same…doghouseprints.com.
Now I just want the whole thing gone and be able to get back to website.
