2 blogs from one WordPress Installation

I have a site (www.abeolson.com/blog) from which I would like to run two separate blogs with separate RSS feeds (e.g. under two tabs). I am wondering if I can do this with one wordpress installation. One blog would be for longer posts, the other for shorter quick posts (like a tumblr blog).

WP-O-Matic could be used to import from a tumblr blog RSS, which I wouldn’t mind doing, but I’d still have to have the two separate tabbed blogs.

Any ideas?
