affiliate URL encoding

    Hi,
    adding a link like
    Link: https://test.com?param=value&this=that Keywords: foo-bar

    Link cloaking disabled, everything as expected.
    If I endable link cloaking, I’ll be redirected to an URL like:
    https://www.test.com/?param=value& #38; this=that

    (I manually added spaces to prevent this form to replace special character on sending this post)

    There is an additional “#38;” directly trailing to each ampersand, which breaks URL in handling right campaigns.

    I had this problem using plugin version 5.1.5.2 and 5.1.4.2
