Submit reload is broken in Chrome?

This has been a problem for a little while, but I’m pretty stumped.
The form basically works… emails are sent, the log is updated, etc. Except when you press the submit button, the little loading ring just cycles and cycles forever.
You can’t tell that it has worked. The reload to the Thank You page never happens. As a result, I’m getting like 2-3 copies of every message, as people submit it over and over again.
And this is ONLY in Chrome. Works great in Safari.
Anyone else have this issue??
