Page not visible when published

I’m adding pages to the Producer theme, but latest page is not visible when viewing (refreshed browser) but is visible from the Update / Edit page.

Sample visible page has these attributes:

https://mywebsite.com/wp-admin/post.php?post=47&action=edit

permalink
https://mywebsite.com/index.php/page-2/

Published / Public

Problem page has these attributes:

url
https://mywebsite.com/wp-admin/post.php?post=133&action=edit

permalink
https://mywebsite.com/index.php/page-3/

Published / Public

It doesn’t help, of course, that I don’t understand or use permalinks, but normally a published page is visible?

Also it doesn’t appear in the Menu. But, as I mentioned above, it is visible from the Edit page.
