    1) Check your web server error logs
    2) Contact your host for support

    Blogrox is also supported by WordPress.


    Could you elaborate on that? The only www.ads-software.com support is right here in the volunteer-supported forums.

    Or are you hosted by the WordPress.COM service? If so, they have their own support forums.

    Or is there an option C?
