After udpates, recurring events goes to home page

This sounds like a possible conflict caused by your theme or another plugin. To check if it is, can you test with all other plugins deactivated and while running the default WordPress theme?

I tried it in live preview/ customizer with all plugins disabled

Just tried it with TwentyTwelve theme (outside of customizer) and it has the same behavior. And tried it with another browser as well (killed cache).

just to confirm, is this after you upgraded EM or your WP? using the latest wp and EM but wasn’t able to replicate this issue on our test site.

I understand you can’t replicate it on your test site but that is what is happening with default theme and other plugins off.

What do you advise?

maybe you can try to have a dev or local site and then install your plugins or theme there one by one to rule any issues.

maybe I should install previous version from my backup

The site owner could not have that page working the way it did and is now posting a date within the recurring event as a temporary solution.
