Filter for a handler to run after successful upload?

Is it possible with File Away to create a function to run after a file uploads successfully?

For example, a handler to run after a successful file upload to obtain some values of the $_FILE object and display it to the user? For convenience, I’d like to display the full URL that the recently uploaded file can be downloaded from so the person who uploaded it can quickly and easily copy that path to a newsletter form that exists on the same page.
