Not Sending Test Emails

Last week, Contact Form 7 emails stopped sending, and when trying to send a test message thru mandrillapp, it gave this message when attempting to send the test “Test executed: 0 emails sent, 0 emails queued and 0 emails rejected”.
This week, emails have resumed, but the contact forms are giving an error message, while still sending the emails. Now, when attempting to send the mandrill test message, it gives this message “Test executed: 0 emails sent, 0 emails queued and 1 emails rejected”.
My account should be a legacy account and not be affected my any SPF or DKIM verification settings from August. It was working up until last week.
I have changed senders, added additional headers to the messages, and nothing seems to change this.
Any suggestions?
