Is there anyway I can collect the data before displaying the price?

Hi guys,
Love the plugin. I just wondered if there’s a way I can collect any customer data before displaying the price in order for me to retarget them with offers in future etc? If not, do you have any recommendations on ways I can do this.
I’m not very technically savvy, so I can’t code anything myself, but hopefully someone can help me!
