    Hi Nils,

The option to hide empty terms are just to hide terms that contains no connected posts at all.

If I were to hide terms which “now” has zero results after you’ve done a filtering you’d have to first reset the filter each time you want to change your filter. Otherwise you wouldn’t be able to completely change your filter options for each taxonomy as you please.

Sorry I’m probably being a bit confusing but do you see what I mean?

It’s certainly a possibility to have this kind of logic. On my todo list I have the option to repopulate each taxonomy dropdown by AJAX as soon as a selection is made to make granular filtering easier for users. However it’s quite a bit of coding to do and my spare time is minimal at the moment ??

I’m looking forward to this feature as well so, uhm… Upvote? ??

Peter, the AJAX version or the other? ??

I didn’t really catch that there were two options, so I’ll say the AJAX one then ??

Oh wait, my anti-stupidity pill just kicked in…

The AJAX version sounds like the best for the long run, but I’d be happy with the first version as well if that is easier to implement.

    Hehe okay ??

I’ll try to get this going as soon as I find the time!
