delete box not appeared

hey, i’m using the newest version of Fix Duplicates plugin (1.0.3)
Unfortunately, i can’t find the check box on the left. i used to use the checkbox for bulk delete instead of deleting one by one (clicking apply button each row)
any solution?
i’ll be ready to sent the screenshot to your email if necessary.
