Not accessing images in media library on subsites

  • Hi
    I am running subdomain type multisites on WP 4.4.1. until recently all was fine. After one of the updates (not sure if it was 4.4.1. or an earlier one) the site stopped accessing the images on the and shows a broken image icon.

    Not sure where to look to find possible problems since everything was working fine before

    main site is http//:sctsystemic.es
    subsite https://tib.sctsystemic.es

  • Hi, we’re having a similar issue after a recent upgrade. Can you try accessing the image code and remove the class wp-image-### and see if your image displays? Also, our images seem to display if we select thumbnail.

    Thanks for you comment. I tried that but it didn’t make any difference. Nor did the thumbnail option. I also tried changing the src code in the html to match the path (i.e. wp-content/blogs.dir/files etc. but that didn’t work either. I am assuming there is some kind of problem with the .htaccess but I don’t know what it is.
