installed today but 'Settings' section not visible

Hi,
So I’ve just installed the plugin in the production server ( development is ok ), went to ‘Events – Settings’ and I only see the tabs and the message “If the form below is not working please follow this link.”.
I click the link and nothing happens.
Where is the problem?
