Multiple choices can be selected, need only choice selected

In our poll on our website, KIWARadio.com, there are multiple choice questions, with a single answer, but you can select all the answers and they seem to count towards the total for each, is there anyway to disable that, where you can only select one answer?

for the time being, our GM has asked that i remove it from the site, so it’s an inactive widget…for now
