Extra Tags with ID in their URL are being created.

Whenever I publish a post with the tags tag1,tag2 tag3 wordpress is automatically creating new tags for some posts.

Those created tags don’t have titles but have ID in their URL .Its the error I faced with both 2.3.2 and 2.3.3 versions.

I tried searching for the solution both on google and here in the support section,Seems nobody has spoken about that yet.

Please tell me where its already been discussed if so.
