I've messed up changing my website form one to another

  • I think I’ve tried to change too many things all at once.

    I changed my website from https://www.becomeadabhand.co.uk

    because it was not bringing in any customers, in the last few weeks I found out I have a rare form of aggressive cancer. So i thought i would do a good thing and change my website in order to raise awareness to

    https://www.inflammatorybreastcancer.co.uk

    so i think in the process of changing. i must have changed or not changed something and i cant get in. When i put in a password request nothing gets sent to my inbox.

    I managed the first website just through the website admin as i couldn’t follow the instructions on installing wordpress on my pc. However I did manage the site quite well though, so I thought I would like to use it.

    so my problem is I don’t know what I don’t know, and would just like someone to help me out if thats possible?

    I have a friend who hosts it for me, thats all he does. hes great as he does it for nothing, but he knows less than I do about wordpress.

    I would recommend going over the guide on changing your URL to make sure you have done everything listed. If you are still having trouble logging in, you could try resetting your password manually using something like phpMyAdmin. I hope this helps.
