Menu_order sorting option and contribute with PT translation

I usually give my clients the option to manually sort taxonomies and pages, so it would be really nice to have the “menu_order” option available in sorting options for this plugin.
Can I contribute with that code somewhere?
Also, I would love to contribute with the pt_PT translation.
