i got error after instal the plugins in my wc

  • i intrested with the this plugins.. i’m from indonesia. after i instal and go to wc-setting-shipping suddenly come message error like “Notice: Undefined property: WC_Flat_Rate_Per_Country_State_Postcode::$state_group_no in /home/mwgechqm/public_html/wp-content/plugins/postcode-shipping/postcode_shipping.php on line 349”
    how to fix it and use it..

    Selling Location(s) : spesific country
    shipping : to all countries you sell to
    shipping calculations : only enable shipping
    shipping display mode : dropdown
    Shipping Destination : only ship to user billing address
