Events Calendar

I had this problem and the fix was simple. Go to your Dashboard and click the Presentation tab. From there, click on the Widgets tab and drag the Events Calendar in to your widget sidebar and save your changes.

Does that mean you must use the widget to use this plugin?

Oh right. I see – it’s only a widget..

For some reason I had gotten the impression that it would work outside of the sidebar…

What if i have no presentation tab in my dashboard. Upgraded to 2.5 and things are moved around. Have:
“You are using WordPress Default theme with 8 widgets.”
the events calendar shows in the list and when i click add it changes to edit.

Still cant figure out how to add an event…

WordPress 2.5 changed the Presentation tab to the Design tab.

In my dashboard it shows 9 widgets in use, clicking that link brings me to the design/widgets page. But where do i go to add an event?

You add an event in your post. at the bottom is a field for “add event” that will put up a calendar with time.

The widget options are under the Design Tab. The actual calendar to add events are under the Manage tab.

Saw a thing to click on the right that look like a calendar page. Made the name of my post:
2008 NCAA Championship Game
Scheduled for:
April 7, 2008 at 6:00 pm

I take it this is just a future post? Or is there someway to see what is coming up?
