Hi! First, thanks for this plugin. It’s very cool!

I have a little problem with it at the moment and I can’t figure out why.

I have an up to date WordPress site with a theme based on Cherry Framework. Your plugin works with every post types (posts, pages, FAQs, Services, Our Team, etc) except for the Portfolio and I don’t know why. I see the default Thumbnail column, but not the “Thumb” column of your plugin. The screen options are set to see it.

Any idea? The Portfolio is the section where I need to edit the featured image as fast as possible and it’s the only section where it’s not working. that’s sad! hehe.

    Thanks!

    Hi,

Thank you for using my plugin.

Sounds like the “Portfolio” column might already have a column for thumbnails and perhaps my plugin is interfering with it.

Are you able to share more details about the theme you are actually using – is it something free/publicly available so I can test it out and perhaps craft a solution to help out.

    Thank you
    Sean

    Hi!

    Thanks for your answer.
It’s a theme that I bought on Template Monster (#53934), so I don’t think you will be able to test it on your side.

Maybe I can gave you some access to my site? Or if you know what’s the problem you can point me out where I can apply the solution in the code.

    Thanks! ??

Sure – if you can provide access that would help me determine more about solving the problem encountered when using this theme.

My contact information is available in my plugin profile.

To clarify the issue, we found that the theme framework in use had specifically set the columns to be displayed for this particular post type.

Whilst it is an exception it was easy to overrride and achieve the desired functionality. Just one of those things to remember when upgrading the theme/framework.
