Error after update

After updating I get the error Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property ‘Redirect’ of undefined when submitting the form. I have tested this with no other plugins enabled and still get the error.
Version 2.2 works perfectly except it places the style links inside the body tag which causes the W3C validator to fail.
