Unable to log on to Admin Page

  • I’m not sure about the version as someone else set WordPress up for me.
    I tried to log on to my dashboard this morning and I kept getting the error message “Internet Explorer cannot read this webpage format”
    HTTP 406
    When I tried to log on to support I couldn’t log on as it said the password was incorrect so I’ve had to register again to post this. I wonder if the site has been hacked? As well.
    I tried using Firefox in case it was an explorer issue but that didn’t work either.
    Original user name was Helen
    Website is https://www.chapperstravels.com and it still looks ok.
    Any help would be much appreciated!
