Create a circle of images

Hi all, sorry I don’t really know how to code beyond the basics and can’t seem to find a way to do this with the theme functions or find a plugin for it. I made 5 different circle icons in illustrator which each showcase the different types of projects the nonprofit I work for does. I want to put these icons on a page on our site and then each one can link to that project page for that project type. All fine and simple, but looks pretty awkward/plain with the icons all just next to each other or going down the page. I was wondering if there was some simple way I could arrange the icons into a circle so that it looks nicer. Maybe I could even put text in the middle of the circle that says “Our Projects.” I could easily do this by making one image on illustrator, but then can’t make the icons link to the different project pages, which basically defeats the point. Any help appreciated.
