Page Builder 404 on Save/Publish

Have been using theme for about a year – suddenly the page builder will not save changes – gives you an ‘oops page cannot be found’ on save. I have disabled any plugins that were newer and even had restored a backup without luck. I feel like i’ve run into this before but I’m stumped!
