LOGO – Upload Does Not Appear

  • New at this. Created a logo with transparent background in PowerPoint and saved it as a png file. Tried logo upload (both normal and 2x) and still nothing. Please help ??

    What happens when you try to upload? Are you getting any errors? Can you post a link to your site?

    Hey,
    There are two places to upload a logo. One in your theme options > site header in the transparent header section. The other is in your theme options > logo options. Did you upload in both areas?
