Cannot click on form fields or submit

When users select a day and time to register, it takes several minutes to load before the user can begin filling out the form fields. Additionally, after the user fills out the form fields, they cannot select the “submit” button to reserve their time. This is occurring on Firefox, Chrome and Edge browsers.
