"Connection has timed out" when updating or previewing ONE page on website

Trying to find out why this is happening:

My site (Modern Church theme) has about 15 pages. I’m able to make edits, preview and update all of the pages–except for one single page.

The one page I’m having problems with always comes back saying “Connection has timed out” when I click either Preview or Update. It’s one of the smallest and simplest pages on the site; no video or anything, just 4 pictures and text beneath each one. I’m using Page Builder with Featured Box and Text Block page elements.

The site itself still works fine, although the page I was editing is now stuck in mid-edit as I’m unable to update anything (I “previewed” by updating the page because “Preview Changes” was not working for this page…that should have been a sign). The change I made was first removing a <“br”> from the Text Block text, then adding it back in (without the quotation marks of course).

Is there a reason one page would be timing out on the back end when editing or previewing while the other 15 pages are not?
